Your tasks

    1. Program Planning & Operations:
    - Set program goals aligned with organizational objectives.
    - Plan, execute, and resolve challenges in program operations.
    - Maintain project documentation and conduct timely field visits.
    2. Supervision & Training:
    - Supervise programs, provide feedback, and solve problems.
    - Manage staff, track performance, and facilitate training initiatives.
    3. Monitoring & Evaluation: Collect and analyze program data for impact measurement and improvement.
    4. Impact Measurement: Prioritize and measure impact in alignment with program objectives and goals.
    5. Process Improvements & Collaborations: Enhance efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders for program expansion.
    6. Communication & Compliance: Keep senior management informed and ensure program compliance with guidelines.
    7. Scheduling and Communication:
    - Manage executive calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    - Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and messages, responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.
    - Draft, review, and send communications, emails, and official correspondence.
    - Organize meetings, set agendas, and follow up on action points for the executive and leadership team.
    - Act as a follow-up manager to ensure timely execution of agreed actions across the board and senior leadership team.
