  • How do I recognize a good and reputable personnel service provider?
    The most important feature is that the personnel service provider can provide proof of a permanent license from the employment agency in order to be able to prove that the temporary employment agency is authorized. In addition, it is important that personnel service providers have a collective agreement. Our IGZ collective agreement is regularly concluded in cooperation with the German Federation of Trade Unions.
  • What do personnel service providers pay?
    Reputable personnel service providers pay according to collective agreements and thus the collective wages negotiated between employer and employee associations. Depending on their qualifications and professional experience, the employee is grouped according to the standard wage.
  • Is a personnel service provider something like a temporary employment agency?
    The term “temporary employment agency” has caused confusion in the past. It arose because in a temporary employment agency, the work assignments for employees of a personnel service provider are usually limited in time - but that does not necessarily mean that the employee's employment is also fundamentally limited in time. As a rule, this person is permanently employed by his personnel service provider and changes jobs if the company he uses is no longer able to provide contract work.
  • How does temporary employment work?
    In the case of temporary employment, the personnel service provider makes its own employees available to a company for a fixed period of time. The employees are often targeted for such an “operation”. hired and handed over to the company according to contractually agreed rules and conditions.
  • What is direct placement?
    In the case of direct placement, the selection and recruitment process is handed over by the contracting company to the personnel service provider. This person selects suitable applicants for the position, conducts the interviews and makes an initial preliminary decision. He then schedules the interviews for the contracting company and brings applicants and companies together to make a decision. The applicant is then hired directly by the company itself. The personnel service provider is paid a fee for their work.
